Didn't have the trailer I booked. Had to take a smaller one which made the move really difficult. They said they would refund the difference, which didn't happen. Had to ring multiple times to sort the whole thing out. On the plus side the attendant at Vibe was super helpful.
Didn't have a car trailer, but wore ok to talk to.
