Was ok, the service was good and the online programs are good - the trailer wasn't maintained too well and also didn't have a jockey wheel.. like didn't even have a spot where there was a bracket welded on or bolted on to have attached a jockey wheel.. not everyone can pick up a trailer and walk around with it or lift it onto s tow hitch
