U-Haul is the worst company to deal with. I received an email from them advising me that I took the wrong trailer. I called them and explained that when I went to pick up the trailer, I asked at the petrol station for help with which one do I take. The petrol station person said to me to take the one they told me. They didn't help me at all. The customer service person told me that she would look into it further and we would get back to you.
