Always able to get what we need
Entered the wrong trailer into the machine. Everything is self-service the person at the counter could not correct it so I spent 15min on hold. The person then processed the new trailer and told me I would be refunded at the return. I then spent another 15min on hold to be told my refund was $38 but they were charging me $10 for a refund service fee and they would not wave it.
