Very poor customer service. I had a very unpleasant experience with the after sales team. Make sure you read all the fine print before signing anything. I Will be sourcing trailers elsewhere from now on without hesitation. Please note: This review does not reflect on Burra Tyres, where the Uhaul is situated. Burra Tyres are fantastic and come highly recommended.
