Customer safety isnt even a priority. Who cares about my safety when the uhaul, that is 5,000 lbs lighter than the car I'm hauling behind it and more likely to flip, has life insurance and injury insurance on it for only $250 more. Could have up-saled me 100 more dollars for the 17 ft trailer w a bigger engine and safer pulling power but was too in his own world that he didnt even consider my safety on a cross country trip.
