I have rented twice from here. Paul and staff were amazing! Friendly, helpful and came in extra to accommodate my rental needs. Exceptional service, and rental trailer was in perfect condition. Highly recommend them.
This review is for the U-Haul dealer in Golden, BC, August 2025. Paul and Ray have unbelievable customer service skills. They were very helpful, informative and patient with all my questions. Paul came up with creative solutions for our needs. Ray had the equipment ready for us when we arrived and was efficient with the checkout. Paul from the Golden, BC location went above and beyond for me on August 4, 2025 (holiday Monday). We broke down in between Revelstoke and Golden and he was able to pick me up a hitch receiver and ball prior to me arriving because I did not have one with me and would not make it to the store in town before closing hours to purchase. He was very professional and courteous to me and my family and helped load the car on the trailer. He restored my faith in people by this act of kindness and generosity for a complete stranger! Great service, very friendly definitely recommend.
Trucks: By clarifying that just because you have a "reservation" dosent actually mean you have a reservation..it means you have the potential of a reservation. With with the trucks and the storage units. This "flaw" is extremely stressful and frustrating and ended up costing more then what I had "Reserved" thankfully those I spoke to were understanding of this system failure and made it somewhat better.
