We were coming through on our way to Calgary when we realized the trailer we had rented from a different location had lights no longer working. We were at the very end of the day all the way out by Field. We called in and he waited for us to return and had us all fixed up with an amazing attitude and smile (and we have to mention the best dog Jim) and sent us on our way safely. Could not have asked for better service. We very much appreciated it!
Paul provided outstanding customer service when we rented a U-Haul trailer from him. He respected our time. He was quick and thorough about documentation. He went above and beyond hooking up the trailer to our truck for us and confirming it was safe. We wish every U-Haul experience was like this!
I have rented twice from here. Paul and staff were amazing! Friendly, helpful and came in extra to accommodate my rental needs. Exceptional service, and rental trailer was in perfect condition. Highly recommend them.

Paul from the Golden, BC location went above and beyond for me on August 4, 2025 (holiday Monday). We broke down in between Revelstoke and Golden and he was able to pick me up a hitch receiver and ball prior to me arriving because I did not have one with me and would not make it to the store in town before closing hours to purchase.
