Never use U-Haul again. Very unhappy veteran. Local U-Haul has escalated their prices out of control. When do you actually get a truck for the advertised "$19.95 a day" rate??? I reserved a pickup online and did the Express Check In. I got to the store and waited over 30 minutes as the had only one person working. So much for express. I had the pickup from 11am to 3:30pm, filled the tank ($10), just under 40 miles, and brought it back to the same location and was billed just under $80!!!! Are you kidding me?
