I originally enjoyed working with these folks, I've changed my opinion and I will never work with them again
They moved my pick up location without telling me. Was planning on riding my bike to the pick up; it was 4 miles downhill. Now it's 4 miles downhill and 4 miles back uphill. No email, no call, no text. Thanks, great job.
