Shouldnt get a star at all, since they dont seem to care. Was scheduled to pick up a rental on thursday by 4. Arrived and the doors were locked. 2 hours of dealing with corporate, the "area field manager" Steven Kellerman finally reached out and told me she had an emergency. She could meet me there in 30 minutes. I go to pick up, and the branch owner explains to me "(she) has been working her employees 'like dogs' and brought them all swimming."
