The old man there was rude and disrespectful. I was picking up my u haul I reserved a week in advance. The minute I walked in the guy had an attitude. I asked if he sold tape and it seem to trigger him to become upset. I give him my credit card and he looks at it and throws it on the counter saying that he feels uncomfortable renting the u haul to me and was canceling my reservation.
