Never once answered the phone, never was in the office. We called 4 times, left 2 messages and stopped by 3 times.There isn’t even a phone number on the door/window of the office. No customer service at all!! I only gave it a one star because zero star is not an option.
Picked up a 26ft UHaul to bring to Washington, DC, and the truck worked out great. Very helpful staff
