Location was clean but I don’t understand these charges. When I called for a price I was told 29.95 a day, I get my bill I have safe tow coverage, safe trip fee, after hours fee when I return the unit way before time. I was not told what these coverages mean so I want use this place again. I needed this unit so I had no choice.
Absolutely terrible! My initial reservation was not available to me so I had to accept an alternative site. Went to the alternative site on the day and morning of the reservation & there were no keys for the truck. Adding to that the lock, that was supposed to be on the back of the truck to secure the merchandise , was missing as well. After speaking to another associate I was then told that I would have to drive an additional 25 miles to the closest uhual to obtain the truck that I reserved.
