Stole $120 for "extra milage" when they moved our drop off point wtihout changing the milage so we had to go over jsut to drop it off, had the wrong milage and gas when we picked the truck up, and customer service just threw us to the wind

Had what I needed. They are a major storge rentals more than a uhaul. No uhaul pros there you on you own if towing a vechal behind you. If not familiar with them before you get there you may be there asking for a plug for lights and they give it to you and not sure if that was right or not. So be prepared before you get there.

Recently I rented a U-hual truck from this location (St. Clair Storage). My reservation included a 20' truck, furniture dolly, and 3 dozen furniture pads. When I arrived for the pick up, the location had NO furniture pads. When I told the woman at the counter she said "you can reserve anything you want, that doesn't mean we have it." Her tone was so callous that I was just beside myself. When I asked why no one had called or emailed she just shrugged her shoulders.
