I rented a 10 foot truck for in town use for this weekend over a week ago. We got a call today from uHaul informing us that they couldn't get us the 10ft truck but they did have a 20 ft truck that we could pay $20 more a day for. What? They should have waived the extra fee, honestly, it wasn't our fault that they didn't have the truck we reserved. We have always used uHaul for our travel needs but I may rethink that one now.
Horrible customer service. Quoted me 60 bucks with insurance included but charged me 108. When my wife called to dispute the charges Dillan was rude to her and when I called to straighten things out James was rude and acted like giving me a refund on the overcharge was somehow doing me a favor instead of righting a wrong, also threatened to drag out the refund for as long as possible if I didn't stop telling him that costing me money isn't doing me a favor.
They didn't leave the keys where you can do a 24 hour truck pick up. Drove over an hour for nothing
