Not upfront about cost, which is over a dollar per mile. I was charged almost $400 for a single day's use. Major rip off. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone.

The guy who helped me make the order and hook up the trailer was so helpful. He was also very kind and seemed to know quite a bit about what he does. He made the whole process easy!
