I reserved a truck here and confirmed it two days before the appointment but they cancelled the reservation and there were no trucks on my moving day! I had movers show up and everything with no truck. They treat customers horribly.
The only complaint I have was I could not get they on the phone to the local store. I had to keep extending my date to unload the truck that had my stuff on it. I never heard one bad thing from any one. They kept my things safe during that time. The guys working on my townhouse were awful and couldn’t get anything in a timely manner but uhaul was understanding.
No one there when went...odd hours of service.
