Great hardware store, great U-Haul dealer and great helpful staff.
I walked in the door, guy said meet me at the trailer. He hooked it up and we're on our way. Took about two minutes start to finish.
We reserved a trailer from this location and when getting there realized that we had been over charged from another location for items we did not purchase and the recently returned trailer had a damaged strap. Staff worked hard to ensure the charge was corrected, and then took parts off of another trailer to make the rental possible. The additional work was greatly appreciated and prevented a very costly delay. Thank you for your time and understanding.
Absolutely horrible customer service picked up the phone says “what do you want” with an attitude. Would never deal with these people.
