Rude lady front desk today her dog shouldn’t even be in the store. Terrible customer service. This is my first time renting a u haul as well. She has attitude problem needs to be fixed.i wouldn’t treat my customers like that specially if it’s someone’s first time going to u haul
I mean, they’re not running it like the navy, but everyone there was friendly. I recommend using the website on a computer; the app is horrendous.
