A bit under staffed. But these guys took care of me. Quick and easy rental.
Horribly managed location. Had a 7am reservation for a trailer, no one here to open the store when they said they were open. Had to go through hoops to get ahold of anyone and they said the soonest they can have anyone in the store is 8:30am or move me to a location well out of my way. Unacceptable in any case, and when asking what they can do in terms of price for the inconvenience, they said “we can only give a $50 reservation guarantee that’s it”. Are you kidding? What a joke. The store is extremely fraudulent. Be careful using this specific store! They not only steal your card number and use it for other things, but they make fake bills claiming that you have an E alert and you owe money. My partner and I both went in to rent a U-Haul and they claim that we had an E alert so we called the customer service they assured us we had absolutely no alerts or past due payment.
