Overall a very positive experience hiring a van on my own, which was a little daunting. Super clean, easy to drive and in great condition. Booking was straightforward, but the mobile check in was a little time-consuming. Better than waiting in a line though. My main difficulty was trying to submit photos on the app, which wasn’t cooperating. Turns out this is optional, so I took a photo of the dashboard then drove away! Friendly and helpful staff - highly recommended.

The lift is frequently broken and when it is not broken is slow and difficult to use. Call button lights are permanently broken. It will hold at floors unpredictably and I've had to wait 10 minutes for it before. It's not acceptable to be paying so much rent for a storage unit and to have so many issues accessing the unit. They also shipped my U Box a day earlier than had been contracted despite specific instructions I needed access to it that day.
accessible hours are from 5am to 10pm, which is much later than most other self storage places in Frisco. Some cleanliness issues, and I had to contact corporate and go in to the office twice to resolve a payment issue, but it *did* get resolved, so I can't be too upset.
