Be on time! We were late picking it up because of a freeway closure and lost the reservation after 15 minutes, but the agent was helpful and booked us up again. We had also made mistakes in signing up the 2nd driver but she fixed that as well. Clean office, lots of other supplies available for moving, as well. U-Haul has the best packing tape in the world, BTW
Keep up the amazing service and experience! The guys went out of their way to do small extra stuff. They understand that moving is stressful so provided relaxing environment and friendly atmosphere while moving items. I highly recommend!
Amazing customer service! Wendy, the manager, was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. I was dealing with a difficult situation with my account, and she went above and beyond to help me work through it. She made what was honestly a very stressful situation feel much more manageable, and I’m extremely grateful for the way she treated me throughout the process. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely seems to care about helping their customers. Thank you, Wendy!
They did not notify me when I arrived to move out that the singular elevator was out of order. I had to hire movers to help me move out of my unit. The manager and location have dodged my calls for months as I have sought some kind of compensation.
