Everything was done well, very happy with the customer service. Jonathan was exteremly helpful when returning the equipment!
Very frustrating experience renting a truck. The truck was given on empty. They did not deliver the materials requested and after asking several times they finally brought it out. This resulted in being at the I haul for over an hour just to grab the truck.
I have a treasure box and my things are safe and well taken care of. Easier than asking you find the same risk that goes with everything will be there when it's all over or not. Good odds I think.

Incredibly disrespectful staff. They refuse to answer their phone during business hours. If they do answer, they put you on hold for an hour and never come back. This has happened to me 3 times, including once when they left for the night. The app does not work if you are out of the country, so I cannot schedule access to my Ubox online.
