A bit expensive rates. Elevator easily to break. No access to stairs, and if you have physical impairments, you will not be able to reach out your unit which is on the upper floors. No trash cans around the building, so that all users are dumping their garbage next to the building, that make that area are very unsanitary. There are always annoying people around the building who aggressively offer themselves for moving. Many homeless users move back and forth, leaving trash and mess in the restroom. I do not recommend it!
