Hands down the best UHaul location! Donna J went above and beyond to assist me and I truly appreciate her for everything she did! Her spirit was amazing and her eagerness to help really made the visit amazing! Highly recommend to anyone in need of rentals or storage!
It was good experience especially with customer service representatives Jackson B, he was very professional, efficient and respectful .
IT was okay ... it felt like i was a burden on the staff members. You know that feeling when you walk into an establishment and the team members stare at each other and communicate telepathically. I felt like they didnt want me there is the best way i can describe it. Not sure if it was a race thing but i could honestly feel it.
