Our theater needed a 20 foot truck for moving furniture and flats for a show! The truck was there and ready to go right on time. Check out was quick and we were on our way! We also hired helpers for 3 hours through U-Haul! They were fabulous hard workers!!!
Fast in and out for trailer rentals.
I docked a star, due to the fact that I reserved a specific unit online; and when I arrived to the facility, my access was denied. Apparently the unit/size I requested weren't available, so I was never checked-in or assigned a Unit #. Which resulted in an extra day (charge) and miles on the Truck Rental. Jackie, the GM, who was on Leave, saved the day!!! She returned my call immediately, contacted her assistant mgr to have them assist. Had storage unit there for over year and rented truck to move out and transactions were done, with courtesy and professionalism.
Easy check in process. Helped us with getting our free month storage unit and transferred the check in from a different location to this one for convenience. Definitely recommend this location!
