I recently brought my 2017 jeep patriot(the first nice car i have ever owned and work hard to pay for every month) to this location to get a hitch installed so i can enjoy taking my dirt bike to the track this summer. After picking up my car i immediately noticed the hitch was pointing downward and not straight out the back of the vehicle, but i figured this wouldnt be the biggest deal. My employment with u-haul was short live at this location. I think most of the employees work hard to provide good customer service. It was great to learn the truck rental side, but then you have one employee who does not want to "share"
My employment with u-haul was short live at this location. I think most of the employees work hard to provide good customer service. It was great to learn the truck rental side, but then you have one employee who does not want to "share"
The customer service was horrible and the the lady who managed the store was very free with the F word while customers were on the store. I will never recommend this store to anyone.
