Great and personable team!
Always take pictures of mileage, this location has overcharged my on mileage twice, the second time being almost doubled the miles I actually drove. The general manager Adam also doesn’t respond, claimed to have emailed me but never did. 2nd time this location has overcharged me on mileage while ghosting me. Wish zero stars was an option
Made reservation 3 weeks ahead for hitch to be installed due to moving out of state. Showed up 15 min early for an appointment. The manger ( lady)said not to go anywhere as it will take 45 minutes. She clearly from the start has no idea about their business there. 4 hours passed - no job done. Then that Jerome guy called and said he can’t do it because it will take him 2 hours and he is off the clock already.
