The employee who helped me out was communicative, straightforward, understood why I needed a rental, and streamlined the whole process. No fluff. A great CS agent. Easy pickup, easy return. The equipment is always in good condition, but the personability of your staff set it apart.
There's only ever one person working here so the wait times can be super intense even for something as simple as purchasing a box. I also have ordered things online for pick up at this location and when I arrive they are sold out. Then you have to wait for 20 minutes to get a refund.
Quick and easy service. Professional staff. I got what I needed done with no hassle. Vehicles were all in good shape. This location is noticeabley better than other U-Haul locations.
