it was a very positive experience. the young man that helped me was very polite and helpful when I checked in AND out.
The only thing that weirded me out was that the lighter sockets were dead, so I couldn't charge my phone, and it died during the moving process. There was no lock at the back, but other than that, the process was quick and awesome! The professionals were patient ( I had to get my card corrected by the company, and it took 20 to 25 minutes, and they were wholly understanding. They were kind and courteous.
I have some really good experiences here to get my home stuff done! Customer service was ready, considerate and friendly. I grabbed the APP and found it easy to use and reference for my rental details. There have been many changes since my last time renting from Uhaul. Many changes which I find improvements for customer service and convenience. Thank you. Update - thanks again for a great experience (since updates even). Efficient and good customer service.
