Manager at this Uhaul made all the difference. We had a few bumps and he took care of us! We will be back!
I cannot think of a thing that could be done to make it any better than the way it was this time as well as in the past when I have rented from this U-Haul facility .. I would highly recommend this location to anyone if they were to ask me !!
Such great service from Carlos and DeAndre today. I use UHaul all the time for my business and the West Seattle UHaul location cannot be beat. Thank you!
Friendly, fast-paced customer service. The employee Muhamed made everything feel easy and quick, like it only took seconds. Super easygoing and helpful—definitely made the experience smooth.
The employee who helped me out was communicative, straightforward, understood why I needed a rental, and streamlined the whole process. No fluff. A great CS agent. Easy pickup, easy return. The equipment is always in good condition, but the personability of your staff set it apart.
