Location was off Abilene it was the worst service ever the first truck we got it was filthy dirty we looked in the back it was full of tires concrete wires dirty we had to wait to get another truck got that truck it was okay which took another 30 minutes even though we had already bee there an hour called about a deposit they're not willing to give our deposit back because all of a sudden they want to add on all these charges such as gas which we filled the truck up before we return the truck Want to charge us for 20 miles e... read more

the manager of the rockledge florida location store #781066 told me to go unhook my own trailer... terrible customer service im disabled and almost hurt myself in the process then didnt know how to do the return myself on the app or even have the app for that matter so the people on the 1800 line told me to leave it in the return line when i did the trailer took off on me down hill and almost took me with it and to top it all they returned the equipment late on their own accord and charged me for it ill be disputing the char... read more

I moved into Uhaul storage after moving back to Virginia Beach in July of 22. In April of 23 I opened my unit to find the mess in the photos. I confronted management, and was told by Steve, that he had to hire people off the street to cut everyone's locks and pull everything out so they could move the units for the ongoing construction. They are made up of old UHaul truck beds. Every piece of glass smashed, an gunsafe damaged from dropping it it had to be opened by hammer and chisel, it was only 3 years old.
