Diana from the Alsip location was the worst “manager” to talk to after sharing our major concerns. She was inconsiderate and gave us horrible customer service. They gave me the wrong trailer for my sports car (after I gave them the model and make). I had a deadline to drive across the country. I drove my car to their facility to be sure it was the correct size. There were three men working when I arrived and no one shared how to use the trailer.
