Rented a trailer to drive from Melbourne to Sydney. Broke down half way when I realised one tyre was damaged on the inside with the tread peeling off. Lucky we didn’t have a major accident. Spare tyre was also damaged with the inside wire coming out of the underside (not visible without removing). Had to limp to another town and change the tyres ourselves with another U haul trailer. Lucky I had tools. Had to argue with a patrol station attendant who shouldn’t let us change the tyre. Had to stay a night in Albury. What a dis... read more
