Very poor customers service. Was over charged. Pointed out the error on their paperwork and was told it was my fault. Would not deal with them again.

Hired a trailer from them. Tow hitch became dangerously loose potentially causing a fatal accident. Had to buy tools and fix myself after asking for a refund for tools only got a partial amount back which didn't even cover half the amount. The customer service is useless and difficult to deal with. Will never use them again. Have followed up with the ACCC and will be seeking legal advice
