Rude, impolite, bad-tempered, uncivilized behavior....
I think man suffers from psychological disorders. He lacks good communication skills. I went to him to file tax, he checked the papers and started entering the informations. I reminded him of something he'd almost forgotten and he started yelling hysterically. I grabbed my papers and left.I would not recommend this place to anyone.
After having a horrible experience with a Bardstown Road tax service last year, it was an absolute joy to work with these folks. In and out in half an hour for less than half what I got clipped for last year, and I won't get penalized by the IRS. I can't say enough good things about them.
