I really had a bad and a very unprofessional experience with U drive. I got a rental car from them but I wouldn’t know there is a bump in a tire so I had to pay for it on my own but there was a report from a Canadian tire which says tire needs to be change as it is risky to drive. So I call them but they were not able to arrange a car for me. but somehow I call U drive at Mcphillips so Mr Dee help me out with that he was the only nice guy whom I talk with as there was no one ellse understanding my situation . Don't come at 8 am to get the car. One hour wait! All else was good.
