Went to go pick up my car reservation and they said they didn’t have one available. No apology. I would not even give 1 star. Horrible customer service.
Worst experience, they gave me the car which smells like somebody had peed in it. When they gave me the car which smells bad, I thought the smell will go away but that smell is killing me everyday. When I asked them to replace the car , they didn’t. I only took their car at that time as I need SUV and they had it available. But it smells very bad. Instead go to Hertz Car rental. They have awesome new cars , smells new. If there is an option to give negative ratings I will do that.
Was dealing with Art, very easy to deal with and had me in a rental so fast, helped me into the perfect car! Will deal with them again
