U-Drive Car Rental is my new go-to. Car was spotless, staff was helpful, and the whole process was hassle-free.
I've rented from U-Drive many times now and have yet to have a poor experience at all! Staff is always clear, courteous, and great at answering any questions I may have. Only once did I have a structural issue with a car, but they gave me no grief and took care of it right away. Won't book with anyone else unless absolutely necessary!
Very disappointing experience! The manager was rude and unhelpful. The car’s wiper didn’t work properly during heavy rain, making driving unsafe. Instead of fixing or compensating, they dismissed our concern and only offered a mere 10% off. Beware!
Great experience! Was my first time using U-Drive when I visited Winnipeg. Staff were friendly, and very accommodating. Very well priced as well. Highly recommend!
Jessica was great The car rental not so great Dirty low quality car The booking stated free shuttle service and I had to pay (plus pick up was an hour late) and it wasn’t included on Saturdays I won’t be renting from U drive again
