Trinity at the McPhillips location was fantastic to deal with. She was clear on the rental details and provided great pricing for the half ton truck that I rented was prompt in dropping me off and picking me up from the service shop that I needed to get my vehicle repaired at great experience. I would highly recommend that location and dealing with Trinity in particular.
I had an excellent experience with U Car Rental. They provided me with one of my favorite vehicles, a Bronco, through my MPI loss and coverage. Trinity made the entire process outstanding and gave me the experience I truly needed.

The Nissan Rogue I rented was clean and drove well. The only thing was a bit of a smell but nothing a car air freshener couldn't handle. The staff was friendly and professional.
