Use this service quite a lot over the last few years but disappointed by the extra $57 charge for 2 hours late, returned on Thanksgiving Monday when they were closed. Phoned requesting some leeway on that however the accounting Dept valued the $57 more over losing a customer, at least for awhile. See you in 2027
Great experience. We got a spotlessly clean car, on time at reasonable rates. Super friendly customer service and ample free miles. We were able to get out to see a lot of southern Manitoba from Starbucks to Duck Lake. We would rent from them again.
Marissa was simply outstanding to deal with. Had a flat tire and Marissa was simply amazing at helping me get another car in the portage location at westward ford. I would give her a 10 star if I could. Thank you soooooooo much Marissa. I will only use this great rental company every time I come to Winnipeg Sincerely Jeff Robertson
I rented from Economy which is part of this U-Drive Car Rental group, using priceline.com website. Desk staff were good. Alex (cleaner, shuttle-driver) was awesome as a driver. Operation not the best. I booked a car for Winnipeg Airport, then find out that they are not located at the airport. They do cab or shuttle you but not ok being deceived about car pickup location.
