Reserved a truck that had mobile phone pickup for 6 am and got movers through U-Haul. When we arrived at 6 am and tried to get our vehicle the reservation said a piece of equipment was not assigned. Spent 40 minutes on a call to get one assigned from another location. Ended up arriving an hour after the time we scheduled the movers to arrive. Beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.
