I haven't rented equipment from here yet, but I'll explain my positive experience when I went to do so. Melvin understood what I needed and gave me a much better moving solution. He spent a good 15 minutes looking up options and answered all of my questions accurately. Always smiling too. If I get a chance to rent from here, I definitely will.
Had onsite Ubox that warehouse manager was very helpful in retrieving it when I needed to load and unload. Very positive experience during a crazy busy time. Thank you!
Storage space was high up and they wanted us to move boxes and luggage using a removable ladder...ridiculous
Worst place ever costumer service takes forever to help you ..
