TyShawn of Dental Help Movers brought my U-Box on time for unload. He was courteous and professional, fast working with a great attitude. Even though he was alone, we were able to unload the U-Box in less than an hour and he was on his way to return it. I highly recommend him for anyone needing moving help services.

Customer service at this location is consistently very good. Every employee was helpful and courteous (even though there was a line and just 1 person to handle many customers). Good service stands out anymore and I’ll make it a point to go to this location even though it’s not closest to my home. Well done!

I loved the ease of booking the U-Boxes online (as compared to Pods with whom I played phone tag and ultimately gave up). Everyone with whom I dealt, from the people at the Edsall Rd. store, to the dispatchers, to Delante who delivered the boxes to DE, and finally, to Joe (Salisbury store Manager) who picked up the empty boxes, was courteous, professional and very helpful. I cannot speak highly enough of how impressed we were by your entire team! Keep it up!
