So they charged me an after hours fee of 20$ when their app wouldn't work to turn the truck in. I literally stood there at the box for 10 minutes trying to get it to work. So I just turned it in. I called the next day to tell them and the woman just said not my fault have a nice day. Ridiculous!!! So if you don't want to pay an extra 20$ I wouldn't go here. Rude people that don't care about customers!!!!!

Forced to accept damage/collision insurance because of "GM" policy at this location. What a scam. I've never had this imposed on me in all the many, many U-Haul rentals in my life. Terrible.
Moved my uBox to Denver without telling me. Will not let me access it at this site. Was told the Boulder location no longer does uBoxes at all and I can't even get it transferred back long enough for me to get my things out. Having this location on Google Maps is misleading and false advertising.
