The whole experience was amazing. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. The 2 U-boxes cost less than half of what a Pod would have cost. There were plenty of blankets to use and our belongings arrived in perfect shape, nothing moved at all.
Prompt , informative, easy to change dates
Uboxes are a great way to move a small amount of furniture and other belongings cross-country. Good price and excellent customer service. kristen does a great job of delivering and picking up the boxes.
Loved the female crew! Excellent service! We would highly recommend UHaul pods. There’s nothing that comes to mind in the way of improving. The pod had more than enough space, every person I spoke with was helpful. I need to change dates of delivery, & pick up. The representative was courteous & made a few calls & was able to accommodate me. Also, the pod arrived in Portland earlier than expected. That was especially helpful!
