I actually didn't use the boxes. I would like to recognize Shauna and Viviana for their professionalism, efficiency, and fantastic customer service. I was very impressed with them and they made everything easy with their knowledge and friendliness. I hope UHaul recognizes them as great ambassadors for the company.
This is a great facility and great staff.
Rude, wanted to charge me more than once for the box, left came back and wanted me to get back to release funding immediately with a release code. U-Haul did not want to do any pending charges. David was completely rude spoke over me and yelled in my ear. I am sick and would not let me speak. Spent $234 with pods and should have did that in the first place.
