Awesome Credit Union!! I have never felt more comfortable with a credit union like I have with this one. Very kind and friendly staff. I have been a member now for about a year and never had any problems. They have great rates and services. I highly recomend U-1st Community Federal Credit Union to Eddy County!
I went to u1st to open an account when I moved to Carlsbad no problem after two weeks I never received an ATM card so I went to local branch and was informed they only opened a savings account since I did not have "good" credit I did not qualify for any other services so I took my business to Pioneer Bank where I am very happy sad to say I always wanted to bank with a credit union but after this has me second guessing
I have always preferred credit unions. I love using their website to check my account. They are so friendly. I've been with this bank for 23 and I never received any telemarketing calls or junk mail like they send from other banks.
U-1st is really great they make it a point to know their customers. I have not had any problems so far and have actually been able to save a great deal of money. Never had any problems making withdrawls since I've been a customer.
