My parents have an HSBC account and it's been a hassle since. So hard to get help and get issues resolved. They received an e-mail that their account may be froze due to inactivity and had directions on what to do to prevent this from happening. We did what the e-mail said 3 months ago but then they received another e-mail with the same notification.
