moved from Memphis and have been a ongoing employee with the company since 2017. When I moved to Jackson I figured why? I was offered a lead teacher position but the assistant who had no experience was paid more than me ha! There was mold or as they say “mildew” on the walls and is still there. Do not send your child here. The director is not genuine and the employees are even worst. I’m appalled at the lack of care and the things I’ve heard and seen especially by Dr.Shutes. This place should be shut down, every kid is at risk of abuse at this facility. I’m working on reporting them now!
No work life balance. No one can take a day off without a hassle. No assistance with benefits if needed when sick just left to figure it out for yourself.
We love this place! Dr. Shutes and her team really love the kids and are great at communicating with the families. I highly recommend them to anyone. The only drawback is a parent MUST work at Tyson.
