Had a concerning experience associated with this business. I was informed by a trusted contact that the staff member on site displayed discriminatory behavior toward ethnic customers. In one instance, a customer attended for a tyre change but was refused service on the basis that the tyres were allegedly too old and in poor condition—appearing to be an attempt to pressure the purchase of new tyres. Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this tyre shop. The first time, I bought six truck tyres from them. The tyres were poor quality, and I was charged a very high price. The second time, I brought my own tyres and only needed them fitted. Instead of helping, they made excuses, said the tyre size wasn’t correct, and refused to do the job.
