Amazing customer service from the girls today! I went in looking for a cat Christmas decoration as it said that it was in stock online. It wasn’t on the floor so the lovely girls spent over 10mins looking in every box for it. Didn’t give up until they found it! Top tier service! Thank you so much as these decorations have a very special meaning to me with the reason that I got them!!
I came in with my two granddaughters, who had no idea what they wanted, and the customer service was just lovely. Zubia helped them with the utmost kindness, taking the time to listen to their wants and needs without a hint of frustration. She made the experience easy and enjoyable for all of us. I definitely recommend this store – the staff are wonderful, and there’s a beautiful selection of items to choose from. Thank you!
