It's hard to find the words to describe how horrible we were treated at this law firm over simple things. After calling and politely requesting to end our agreement I was questioned profusely as to why. Mind you, this was an hour after placing a retainer. I explained I did not want to answer and was apologetic, I was then screamed and yelled at by the lawyer, when I tried to de escalate his yelling I was then belittled and talked over. Tried to get help with a custody issue with a Jason since we do not live in Wyoming. He called us for a telephonic appointment late. Then argued with us before even hearing the story saying my fiancé abandoned his child. There are very few things I get mad and upset about but coming to a conclusion before knowing the whole situation is one of them. He was a total jerk on the phone and cut me off before I could even speak as to why my fiancé HAD to leave Wyoming. It was not by choice. It was a legal issue.
Save yourself the trouble and the money. This law office is ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. Tynsky did absolutely NOTHING to defend my family and basically encouraged us to roll over. Worthless.
