Very disappointed in our experience. We ordered a piece before the pandemic, and understandably it was delayed. But then in May, when their store reopened, the communications were horrible, the product arrived damaged, it needed to be repaired, their manufacturer ran out of fabric, we could never get a straight answer on timeline, and no matter how we tried to reach them and ask them for updates we were always chasing them down.
