Been a member here for over 6 years, and I I’m consistently disgusted with the overall lack of customer service the Marianna drive through provides. A simple greeting seems to be asking way too much from them, even though it’s the literal bare minimum. They act like Its an inconvenience that I’m even there, with their short, snippy, attitudes. Hey management, please train your staff to say “hello” to customers, and if they’re busy - how about “we’ll be right with you”.

I have been with Tyndall credit union for more than 30 years and they are not what they used to be. For one thing they close their lobby at 2 p.m. unlike other credit unions which to me speaks to the decline in customer service. Also, the staff is not as friendly as they used to be.

Staff was courteous but no one said anything about 3 toddlers/preschoolers 1 child running thru the bank lobby, jumping up and down on the chairs, making so much noise u can barely hear anyone talk, and throwing toys across the lobby. Mother did almost nothing. Look I get everyone was AFRAID to say something bc of retaliation from the mother, but this is a bank and if kids can't behave in a bank mother should be asked to leave with the children and come back alone or take her business elsewhere.
