Staff was courteous but no one said anything about 3 toddlers/preschoolers 1 child running thru the bank lobby, jumping up and down on the chairs, making so much noise u can barely hear anyone talk, and throwing toys across the lobby. Mother did almost nothing. Look I get everyone was AFRAID to say something bc of retaliation from the mother, but this is a bank and if kids can't behave in a bank mother should be asked to leave with the children and come back alone or take her business elsewhere.
I went to Tyndall yesterday in my town to open a new checking and savings account and Kristin was the one to help me do that and I literally enjoyed the whole process all due to Kristin! Thank you, Tim Hilliard
I loved Tyndall when I first started banking there, I had an issue with something for the first time since banking there and was highly upset with the Marianna branch and the way they handled my situation.
