Tyndall sucks!!!! I won't do business with them ever again. When interest rates come down, I will be refinancing and moving my loan. They have utterly screwed up my accounts and have a history of doing so. They don't work well with other banks and their technology and fraud systems suck as well. When I had a debit card, it kept getting published on the dark web and I finally had to get them to just cancel it. I use credit cards now, so I'm not on the hook for the money stolen. They always help me out if I need something such as getting a signature checked and certification of the signature it's a handy place to go to get checks written for businesses that you can send off

I am fed up with this crazy CU!!! I had 2 unauthorized purchases on my card and Anthony basically said not our problem, so thanks for that. Now today they reject my mobile deposit and now another debit charge went through but the merchant swears they dont have the money that the card was declined. Now I dont know about you but I really like my money and for it to be at my disposal not anyone's to have as they please.
