With just a number of days left before my working holiday visa expired and wanting to desperately stay in Australia I visited Jonathan and his fantastic office staff. Himself and his team worked very hard, with very limited time, with a lot of work and effort they managed to pull off a miracle and get me the visa I needed to stay in this wonderful place. I Can’t thank him and the team enough.
Went to them to apply for a protection visa, which means my life is in threat, they told me to apply for student visa, it didn't make any sense, nor was there enough time to apply for that, they saw country statics more then a person's life being in danger, this law firm has messed my life and has put me in further threat
went to the lawyers for a protection claim, they don't understand when a person is looking for a protection claim their life is in threat, they have been tortured and traumatized, instead of looking at that they were looking at statistics of applications form the country, they suggested for applying for student visa, can you imagine somebody whose life is in threat, what sense does it make to apply for a student visa which also was not possible because of no time to do the paperwork for that, this law firm not only failed me... read more
I urgently needed independent legal advice on a Friday afternoon for a property investment ready to settle...
