Today was very cold so I decided to wear my double thick sweatshirt. Went to put my hands in the front pocket and one hand did not fit. Keep in mind I paid 350.00 for this sweatshirt. The pocket is sewn on crooked and one side is smaller. This made me realize how much I dislike Tyndale. I’ve been getting FR from these people for years through my local union FR account. The clothes are union made garbage. I’m sick of running to ups constantly to send their garbage back. I need to start a petition
I absolutely HATE the fact my employer goes through Tyndale. I can count on one hand the number of times I've ordered something and not had to exchange. The sizing makes ZERO sense. I wear a size large in EVERY OTHER SHIRT known to man. Not once have I pulled a large shirt off a rack and had it be too big. I order Tyndale t-shirts, size large, and they'd be appropriate for 6'5" 300 pound guy. I swear, I'd eat broken glass if it got me out of wearing this crap
Their garments are overpriced and poor quality. A 4 day old pair of overalls both shoulder straps the stitching ripped loose. They only single stitch the seems. Sizing is always off. The quality control is terrible. They say send them back and if we feel they are defective we will refund your money. I only buy from them what the company credits me for. Buy other brands. Stay away from Tyndale.
Customer service sucks so far 3 pluse weeks behind on clothing ordered. Won't let me cancel my order but can't tell me when my order will ship. Order from anywhere else
This is one company where they make me look like a professional hobo for my job. Their brand of FR clothes are cheaply made, not true-to-size, and overpriced for what you get. Commercial brands offered by Carhartt are made 10 times better than this stuff and fit properly for working in the field. I mean who the heck puts a two-piece plastic zipper on a zip-up work hoodie?
